Door Blanks with 10 year guarantee
We are the UK and Irish agent for Mill Panel veneered products. Mill Panel is a division of van Hout, a world leader in the production and supply of veneers and timber. This is especially in the African species Gaboon/Okume, which Mill Panel now use as the basis to a lot of their products (Please see hardwoods page for technical info.)
Through them you can source high quality plywoods, and veneered panels. But by far the most popular products supplied into the UK are the door blanks.
We offer the "Mill Door", a solid lamination of veneer, including aluminium sheets. This construction gives you a blank which is fire rated, has passed PAS23-24 security tests, and falls well within BS-EN stability requirements. It is fully external when it is sealed, giving a minimum guarantee of 10 years, and also saves you costs as it does not need lipping. It has proved very popular with council contracts. 
Another product is the sandwich style door blanks, which are plywood faced with either insulation foam, Cork, Chipboard, MDF, or Pine Blockboard cores. You can have this framed with either Pine or Dark Red Meranti, enabling you to cut to size, and again if sealed off correctly, there is no need to apply lippings.
You are more than welcome to visit, and inspect the production processes, which are carried out to a strict KOMO certification standard. Flights leave regularly for Amsterdam, from Gatwick, Liverpool, Luton, and East Midlands.
